Children's Villages
Our villages in Pakistan are located in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Multan, Karachi, Dhodial, Sialkot and Quetta.

Vocational Training Centers
Our vocational training centers equip our children and students from the surrounding community with technical skills in automobile engineering and electrical engineering. For graduates, other programs are offered to assist them with integrating into the work force by securing a job and teaching them the skills to lead independent lives.

Youth Homes
SOS youth homes are opened wherever there are SOS Children's Villages.
Those with merit receive higher education and children with other skills receive technical training. The children do not leave our care until they are confident in earning their own livelihood. These are in the following areas: Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Abbottabad and Sargodha.

Hermann Gmeiner Schools
We believe a good education is the greatest gift that we can give to our children. Every SOS Children's Village is equipped with a school; these schools provide quality education, not only to our children, but also to other underprivileged children. Children from the extended community far outnumber the SOS children, and thus the schools serve a dual purpose: they enable our children to integrate with the community and contribute to the existing educational environment .

Rural Support Program
The SOS Rural Support Program is made up of community partnerships to implement objectives, microenterprise opportunities, microcredit options, education initiatives, human health facilities, animal health providers, population control tools, clean water supplies and centers for the hygienic disposal of waste. SOS considers the equal involvement of women in all the areas mentioned above.
The project area is situated in Kasur District, Punjab. Kasur is identified as an impoverished area, requiring support because of numerous factors, including: flood devastation, unhygienic water supply due to the disposal of polluted tannery waste, lack of medical and educational facilities, and its low income population.
